To keep himself in formidable physical condition, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner complements his on-pitch training with daily focused strength training, sprint workouts, and up to 30 minutes of cardio at home. Divided over several sessions, Ronaldo trains three or four hours daily for five days a week.

When asked to share his top tips for health, Ronaldo once said, "Eat well, stay hydrated and sleep properly."
