"Actually, it's very common - whether your family works in law or if they work in medicine or if they work in entertainment - that you naturally follow their footsteps because that's the you know and that's the world you're kind of educated in. My parents have nothing to do with health and fitness, and you can't say that it's nepotistic.

"But what I can say is that because of my career in television, I had a built-in audience on social media and that makes doing whatever you go into next easier. But I can tell you now, for any of those kids of famous people who've kind of done what I've done, the most miserable times of my life when I was in the spotlight. And the happiest times of my life are when it's just been me in my gym on my own."

TV personality Olivia sided with Chloe on the topic and questioned why people got annoyed by nepotism. She said: "People don't choose their parents, what do you want them to do, sit at home and knit?" Chloe did agree that being a "nepo baby" had a few perks and said she believes her large media following is partly due to who her parents are.
