Rodri wins Ballon d'Or as Man City star ends 64-year wait amid Real Madrid boycott

Rodri has won the Ballon d'Or - becoming the first Spaniard to claim the award in 64 years after a stellar season.

The star saw off competition from the likes of Vinicius Jnr and , on a night where shamefully after learning that the Spain international had beaten Brazil superstar Vinicius to the individual gong.
