Sweetpea episode release schedule and how to watch new Sky series

New "coming-of-rage" series Sweetpea will be released this week. The new dark comedy stars Ella Purnell as Rhiannon Lewis who is tired of being overlooked and ignored by nearly everyone in her life.

With a mental kill list she has built up over the years, personal tragedies trigger a violent chain of events as Rhiannon tries to keep a grip on reality and away from the attention of the police.

The new series Sweetpea is based on the 2017 novel by C.J. Skuse, with more books in the series. The new series from Fallout star Ella Purnell, who also serves as an executive producer, has a cast from across British TV including , Slow Horses and Rings of Power.

When is Sweetpea released?

The first episode of Sweetpea will air at 9pm on Thursday, October 10 on Sky Showcase and Sky Atlantic. The six-part mini-series will air at the same time every Thursday.

There are six episodes in the new Sky mini-series, with each episode being approximately 45 minutes long without adverts.

The full series will be available to watch on Sky and NOW customers on Thursday, October 10.
