What changes occur in the vagina after delivery?

In Ayushmann Khurrana's film Doctor Ji, a woman is seen asking her gynecologist to put an extra stitch. In response to this question, Dr. Nidhi says that after delivery, the vagina becomes loose. She told that there is a small space in the vagina for the penis to enter, but when the baby comes out from there, a little looseness is inevitable, but it can be treated with proper exercise and right guidance.

The doctor said that apart from this, infection in the stitches applied after delivery, one extra or one less stitch also causes looseness in the post pregnancy vagina. Immediately after delivery, ovulation does not occur in women and the hormones are not very active. Due to this, vaginal dryness occurs, which can cause problems in sex. Dr. Nidhi says that all these problems can be treated. You just have to go to your gynecologist.
