Mumbai: Reliance Industries will consider a proposal to raise funds via non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at its upcoming board meeting scheduled for April 25, 2025. The company is exploring issuance of listed, secured or unsecured, redeemable NCDs on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches.
In an exchange filing on Friday, it said, "A meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve: a. the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025; b. raising of funds by way of issuance of listed, secured / unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches. ii. recommend dividend on equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025."
However, the company did not give any details of the amount to be raised. The company will also present its fourth quarter and full-year results post the board meeting, along with an analyst and media briefing.
