Dr. Dixit says that in this season, one should eat light and warm food. Drinking ginger and basil tea is beneficial. Drinking turmeric milk daily increases immunity. Decoction of neem and giloy also helps in preventing infection.
Also, applying mustard oil in the navel provides relief from stomach problems and colds. Apart from this, try to keep the body dry, do not stay in wet clothes for a long time, and always keep the feet clean.
