star burst into tears as she opened up about her heartbreak when her daughter cries every time she leaves her at nursery.
The professional dancer took to her page to share a video of herself wiping the tears from her face as she drove away from the nursery. She captioned the post: "This is an honesty post for any parent that needs to hear it….. WE’VE GOT THIS. It’s tough to balance parenthood and work, but we all do our absolute best. It’s getting harder and harder to leave Lyra at nursery as she’s getting older and more aware, and our bond is growing stronger.
"But I know it’s the best for both of us right now. I can get to work knowing she is safe, and she develops social skills and stronger immunity to viruses all while having fun and learning. She always cries when I leave her, but she is fine after a few minutes. It hurts so hard to see her upset and holding on so tight to mami.
"But I remind myself that she is learning from example, a loving mami who protects and cares for her, and also works hard to provide for her family, and make her dreams come true. P.S. Thanks to the nursery team for the tissues as I left." Friends and fans rushed to the comment section to share their support.

Strictly star Tasha Ghouri's dad Tarek said: "Hey Janette, speaking from my own past experience of being faced with the same situation and guilt (as a Dad) I’d say that interaction with other children and adults and stimulation outside of the family home is equally as important Janette. Don’t feel sad, little Lyra is learning to be a strong beautiful woman like her mami! See you at the weekend."
Sam Quek wrote: "I hear you mama, you’re doing amazing and you got this. I had it this week, you’re not alone. See you very soon," while Tasha wrote: "You’re doing amazing!! Sending big hugs and kisses." Janette shares little , who turned one on July 28, with husband .
Aljaz previously told that Lyra has "completely changed" his life and his wife's life, adding: "I absolutely love it! I went shopping the other day because I needed a new pair of trousers, and I thought to myself, 'This is probably the first time in a couple of months that I've actually gone to the shop for me,' because my whole is about Lyra – it's not about me any more."
And he added: "Of course, she is a daddy's girl, but I would say that! If you ask Janette, she's going to say Lyra's a mummy's girl. I have a lot of childish energy, I don't think I'll ever grow up. So, at the moment, myself and Lyra are actually really compatible – she sees me and she goes crazy."
