During the video, Alice revealed that her father had committed suicide, and some time later her mother also died of a heart attack. This incident completely changed her life. She cried in the video and said that when she remembers her parents, she tries to convince herself. "My father was my hero," Alice said. In 2016, when she learned that her father had committed suicide, this news was a huge shock for her.

A few days after her father's death, her mother remarried, which made Alice feel even more lonely. But then one day her mother also died of a heart attack, and after this Alice became completely alone.

When Alice started crying loudly, remembering her parents on the stage of Bigg Boss, Salman Khan consoled her. Earlier, Alice had shared her feelings in an interview with TV9 Hindi. She had said that she does not have anyone to wait for her when she returns home. When she comes home after finishing the shooting, the absence of her family there makes her feel lonely. This loneliness sometimes weakens her from within.

However, even after losing her parents, Alice never gave up and did not mention her grief even in the Bigg Boss house. Alice believes that it is not right to use your tears as a weapon. For this reason, she considers the tears of Chahat Pandey, who often cries in the Bigg Boss house, to be fake. According to Alice, crying repeatedly without any reason diminishes one's true emotions and it is wrong to use it to get sympathy.
