has enjoyed a sensational snooker career so far, and he has ensured that he has made the most of his winnings over the years as well. The former world No. 1 ended his three-month hiatus at the and reached the semi-finals of the competition before his defeat at the hands of .
O'Sullivan spoke openly about how his opponent will enjoy a successful career dominating the sport if he continues to improve, though it remains unclear as to how many more times that he will face off against 'The Rocket'.
The 49-year-old has never shied away from discussing his retirement plans, insisting that he will walk away from the table for the final time if he is unable to regain his love for the sport. O'Sullivan isn't short of hobbies away from snooker if he decides to hang up his cue for the final time in the near future.
His love for cars has kept him occupied in years gone by, and he has owned several flashy motors during his career. From Ferraris to Porches, O'Sullivan has purchased several - though he remembers some of his cars more fondly than others.

Although he enjoys 'everyday cars' nowadays, the snooker legend has had his fair share of showstoppers as well. O'Sullivan once owned an Aston Martin DB8 - famously the model of car that Daniel Craig drove in James Bond films - but quickly got rid of it.
As quoted by , he said: "That was a bag of s***. I won't buy another one of them. The radio button fell off in my hand. Went to get the door handle and that came off."
It is not the first big-money car that O'Sullivan has parted ways with. He once owned a Ferrari 458, worth £183,000, but did not enjoy being at the centre of attention when driving around in the car. He said: "Not for me mate. I couldn't stand the attention."
O'Sullivan admitted that whilst he was going through his phase of splashing the cash on cars, he did become a 'lunatic' on the roads - but those days are now behind him. He concluded: " I'm not a menace on the road any more. I used to be. I was a lunatic. I went through three Beemers in the space of nine months. But it's no good. I realise now the track is for that. I'm much more educated now. I've calmed down."
