Jay Stevens Berger was identified as the shooting suspect who barricaded himself at the Four Seasons hotel in midtown Atlanta on Tuesday. After nearly seven hours of a standoff situation, the 70-year-old was apprehended. He was taken to Grady Hospital for treatment after two Atlanta police officers "discharged their weapons." The shooter could be seen wearing a Halloween mask. "He did wave his hands to give up, and as he was on his balcony to say, please come get him.
