On August 29, a 10-25 per cent reduction in prices of 370 affordable homes was announced by MHADA.Approximately 1.10 lakh applications had been submitted as of September 18. Additionally, 86,288 applicants paid the earnest money deposit (EMD), according to data provided by MHADA.The deadline for applicants using RTGS/NEFT to pay the earnest money is September 19, during the operational hours of their individual banks.
