Shocking! 'Homosexual' Husband And His Male Partners Force Woman To Consume Alcohol, Beat Her

Ahmedabad: A 38-year-old woman accused her husband and his two male partners of violence in Ahmedabad on Monday. The woman, an executive with a leading industrial group, alleged that her husband is homosexual, a fact his family concealed, preventing the marriage from being consummated. In her FIR with the Ahmedabad Rural Women’s police, she stated that she met her husband, a doctor from Delhi, in April 2024 through a matrimonial website. The couple married on June 21 after their families arranged a meeting.She also claimed that her family gave Rs 11 lakh in cash, expensive jewellery, and other gifts to the doctor’s family during the wedding. In her complaint, according to the TOI report, the woman mentioned, “On our first night, he refused to get intimate with me, saying he had an infection. During our honeymoon on June 23, he failed to consummate the marriage and demanded unnatural sex."

“When I refused, he abused me. He then called his father on a video call, who further abused me for not drinking with my husband,” she added in her complaint.The victim claimed they were given Rs 12 lakh for the honeymoon. Her husband allegedly forced her to keep a ‘fake’ smile for pictures so their families would believe she was happy. It was during their honeymoon that he first confessed to being homosexual.She also accused him of using a gay dating app to find partners since 2020. Upon further investigation, she discovered he was in a relationship with two men. She further claimed, “After our honeymoon, I went to Delhi, where he would transfer money to one of his partners. When I asked him about it, he hit me."

“Once, I found him with one of his male partners in his car. His partner also abused and threatened me,” she alleged. Her husband later took her to another partner’s home, where they pressured her to drink alcohol. When she refused, they allegedly assaulted her.

The woman also claimed her husband had been married twice before. She stated, “His previous two wives left him because of his sexual orientation. They too accused him and his two male partners of violence.”On July 22, 2024, she said her husband sent her to Ahmedabad, later calling her to say he would not keep her and planned to marry another woman. She then approached the rural women’s police and filed a complaint for domestic violence, assault, and criminal intimidation against her husband and his partners.
