Indore: A 29-year-old man died by suicide in Tukoganj area following his recent divorce.
According to the police and kin, ajkumar Patil, a resident of Goma Ki Phel, was deeply disturbed following his recent divorce from his wife, whom he married just three months ago in a love marriage. On the night of the incident, Rajkumar had dinner with his sister and brother-in-law, Ravi. Due to a power outage, the family was sitting in a room on the ground floor, while Rajkumar went upstairs to his room. When the power returned, Ravi and his wife went upstairs only to find Rajkumar hanging.
Rajkumar was employed at a private company and recently married Muskan, a resident of Scheme Number 78. However, their relationship quickly became strained, and Rajkumar attempted suicide twice during their arguments. Muskan informed her family after which the couple divorced. The next day Rajkumar took the extreme step.
According to Rajkumar's relatives, his family initially opposed the marriage due to Muskan's serious health condition. Despite their objections, Rajkumar went ahead with the wedding, which became a source of tension between the couple.
