Jaipur: In April-May this year, Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) will launch a series of new housing schemes in five districts: Jaipur, Udaipur, Barmer, Kota, and Hanumangarh.
As part of the schemes, the board will offer both flats and independent houses for various income groups, including EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG. New housing schemes will also be launched in Atru, Gajanpura, Nainwa, Lakheri, and Dholpur. Officials said the board is also planning new housing schemes in Jaisalmer and Shajahanpur near Neemrana.
RHB commissioner Rashmi Sharma said, "These new schemes reflect the housing board's resolve to provide high-quality, affordable housing solutions tailored to the needs of all income groups. We are committed to delivering homes that meet not just structural standards but also the aspirations of our people."
Officials said the upcoming projects will feature modern amenities, sustainable designs, community spaces, green zones, dedicated parking, and water conservation systems.
