Day 2 – Art Department: Students expressed their creativity through drawings on the theme of Van Mahotsav, promoting forest conservation and environmental awareness .
Day 3 – Social Science Department : An interactive workshop on green festivals encouraged planting of native saplings and protecting green cover to fight climate change, prevent deforestation, and preserve biodiversity.
Throughout the week, teachers and students discussed critical topics including afforestation , biodiversity preservation, climate change mitigation, sustainable livelihoods, rural economic growth, soil conservation, groundwater restoration and sustainable development.
The celebration served as a living classroom, reinforcing the message that trees are essential to combating global warming, maintaining ecological balance and securing a healthier future.
