Night Beach Trend Spreads Across UAE
Abu Dhabi’s move follows a similar trend seen in Dubai, where night beaches are already operational in several locations, including Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3, and Umm Suqeim 1. These beaches remain open late into the night and, as of 2023, have also been made accessible to people of determination, reflecting a growing effort to make public recreational spaces inclusive across the UAE.

More Summer Attractions in the Capital
In addition to the new night beach, Yas Waterworld , one of Abu Dhabi’s major water parks, has also expanded its footprint. As of July 1, it opened a new extension to the public on Yas Island, adding more recreational space to its already extensive offerings.

The newly launched area covers 13,445 square metres, giving families and thrill-seekers more options to cool down during the intense summer months.
