Chen is described as being 5'8" tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt, green vest, dark trousers, grey shoes, and a black baseball cap.
Authorities also shared the alert on the social media platform X and asked people to help find Chen.
